Expecting a baby is a special time and one that should be recorded in a special way, giving you memories to be cherished.
My maternity photoshoots take place in locations that will create memorable and magical photos.
For you to get photos that are personal to you, I’ll talk with you to find out the ideal location where your shoot should take place.

Hello,
I’m Sarah, the person behind the camera capturing those special memories for you. I’m based in London, but can travel all over for your photoshoots.
I’ve had a camera in my hand for as long as I can remember, right from getting my photography badge at Brownies (now I’m showing my age!).
I’ve always loved taking photos and after years of wedding photography, which I continue to do, the natural next step was maternity photography.
After getting married, so many couples then have a baby and capturing the next step of the journey was a no brainer, so Photography by Olive Tree was born.

No matter if you’d like your photoshoot of just you, or you and your partner there are a few easy steps to follow:

First up, message me and tell me a little about the photoshoot you would like.
The planning stage
Together we’ll work out what’s important and plan a personalised shoot just for you, including selecting the best location, the best date and what photos you would like to get from your session.
Your photoshoot
You’ll have a great experience at your shoot, keeping it nice and relaxed while making sure we capture all those special moments.
Fall in love with your photos
I’ll edit your photos, then within a few of weeks of your photoshoot we’ll arrange a viewing session and you’ll get to see your beautiful photos and choose which artwork you would like.
Recieve your artwork
The most exciting bit, you will receive your finished artwork ready for you to share and enjoy.

You’ll get between 10-20 edited images from your session for you to select your artwork from.
Included digital photo will be printable to 8×10 inches

Once your photos have been edited, it will be time for you to decide how to show off those beautiful photos.
With printed photos, you can treasure those memories forever.
Whether you are giving them as a gift for someone special, or displaying them in your own home, I will have the perfect solution.
The print boxes, albums and wall art offered have been carefully selected from suppliers I trust so you can be confident you’ll be able to choose the best product to showcase your beautiful photos, enabling you to treasure those memories forever.
I’ll share my print collection prices with you prior to your photoshoot, to help give you ideas of how you would like to display your beautiful photos.

FAQ’s
Where will my photoshoot take place?
We’ll discuss this before your photoshoot, I can recommend lots of spots that work really well and will give you amazing photos.
Locations vary throughout the year based on what’s in bloom and the direction of the sun.
Locations further afield may incur additional charges.
When should I have my photoshoot?
The best time to have a maternity photoshoot is between 32 and 36 weeks.
What should I wear?
It’s always best to be comfortable, but for the best looking photos it’s nice to wear light colours and something that will show off your bump nicely.
What if it rains?
If very heavy rain is forecast for your photoshoot I will work with you to arrange a new date.
If it’s cloudy this is actually perfect weather for a photoshoot. 🙂
